Don't Feel Ready to be a Parent?

If you feel you're not ready to parent, adoption might be the right choice. Adoption is the legal process where parental rights are transferred from the birth parents to the adoptive family, providing the child with full rights and a permanent family relationship.

Types of Adoption Plans

There are three types of adoption plans, depending on the level of contact you want with the adoptive family:

1. Open Adoption: You maintain contact with the adoptive family and can choose the family and meet them before birth.

2. Closed Adoption: There is no contact or identifying information shared, offering complete anonymity.

3. Semi-Open Adoption: You share minimal information and have indirect communication through a third party.

No Cost Services

The center provides no-cost information and referrals to adoption agencies, helping you make an informed decision about this selfless and challenging choice.
